Blood Pressure

Your blood pressure is one of the most important indicators of your personal health and everyone should know what their 'numbers' are and what they mean.

Every Tuesday from 11:00 - 1:00, Gates Volunteer Ambulance has a free "blood pressure clinic" at the Gates Public Safety Building at 1001 Elmgrove Road (near the corner of Buffalo Road and Elmgrove Road). Feel free to stop in and have your BP taken.

This free service was started in 1993 with past GVAS members including Elsie Glendenning (Chairperson), Louise Hapeman, Ruthe Neu, Betty Kester, Carol Blodgett, Diane Olejai, and Betty Swerger

Note that while the BP clinic is a regularly scheduled 'event', always feel free to stop by the base at any time if you would like us to take it.
